There is no bureaucracy, the company is very loyal and friendly, everyone is very professional. 24 vacation days, paid sick leaves. possibility to work from home - employee oriented approach.

Cons

Flexible schedule is not that flexible.

Organizational processes were immature at the time and a bit chaotic. Work life balance depends mainly on the project and the customer. It can be anything from non-existent to very good one.
