Cool management, nice atmosphere, lot's of perks for employees, opportunities to learn & grow, compensation & benefits, office

Cons

There is up to 300 on the board, so large companies can give more opportunities for rotation between the projects than smaller company like Skelia.

Great people, low hierarchy, interesting large-scale projects from various domains, fun events & good team spirit

Cons

As we grow fast, every process etc is not in place yet - on the other hand, you get to influence and build things.
