Pros

Stable job during pandemic with steady hours

Cons

Kept getting promises of raise for good job done and was never given one, review and work are always great bit they refuse to give me a raise, apparently happens alot, although they hired someone doing my job starting out at more than I am paid after being there a year. Also no PTO for the first year, so no work/life balance

Pros

you have a job that pays nickels more than minimum wage, and if you are single the health care is decent

Cons

If you have a spouse and/or a family the medical benefits are absolutely terrible, and the upper management conveniently blames it on Obamacare. The 401k is below average as well. The company leadership places a special 'profit sharing' check in the pockets of the workers to make everyone feel like they are worth something. Unless you are a store manager or higher up, this bonus isn't worth the trade off for low wages.
