Pros

Teamwork atmosphere and culture for the most part Schedules are always done weeks ahead Money

Cons

Cliquey, Favoritism shown by management, periods of hiring to many people which reduce hours available, too many people on the floor and your section never gets full, put on false waits cause kitchen can’t keep up yet still won’t cut the floor. Management has attitude and power problem.

Pros

Can walk with a lot of cash at the end of the night.

Cons

They set you up to fail every shift. Management is running the place into the ground and focusing on the wrong things. Employee turnover is insane, in every group, including management. The plates and cups come out with pieces of food on them every day for years, so we wipe them off with a napkin before using them, not sanitary.
