- Flexible schedule - OT pay - Room to grow and learn - Cooks makes meals for each other -Everyone helps each other

Cons

-A lot of OT because they are understaffed (you can say no ofc but most people want the money) - Small BoH for such a high volume kitchen -Boh is a bit dirty/ old equipments -A lot of people quit on the spot -Inventory day sucks because no one wants to do it so prep ( like 2-3 ppl) ends up moving all the grocery for the ENTIRE kitchen by themselves

Pros

It’s a really trendy and always busy restaurant. The flexibility on your schedule is unmatched and they are great with approving time-off if requested within the time period given. The money is great and the hospitality culture really makes a difference for your guests.

Cons

Since FRC restaurants became owned by Cheesecake Factory, North Italia lost much of its family culture. Management has to prioritize sales over caring for their employees and it’s been a terrible transition for people who have worked with FRC for a long time. The culture is not the same and it has become a company that just cares about making money rather than creating a “we look out after each other” atmosphere.

Money is good, always busy, benefits are great. Who doesn’t love pasta, good training program and structure. Great locations in every state

Cons

Your a number as they grow and tenure means nothing. No raises in my last year and still hired outside managers at a higher wage. Cheesecake purchased made it a chain and lack the same vibe
