Pros

I had a great time working at North Italia, the people are fun to work with, training is extensive, and it is very doable to work your way up within the company. Wine and food classes!

Cons

Income really depends on management. I had a very bad management experience in which I wasn't shown any respect or any regard for my making money. We were consistently overstaffed despite several people raising complaints.

Good tips, friendly coworkers, fun environment.

Cons

Over worked, little support from bussers and management, lack of communication between management and staff, nothing is ever prepared (you are set up for failure every time you walk in and have to fend for yourself).
