Corporate really cares about this company and the details that go into the job. 20% here will get you decent money, especially if parties come in. Ability to have a healthy work/life balance.

Cons

Miscommunication among management & staff due to various reasons, including number of staff at the restaurant. Not added gratuity, therefore having a party take up your entire section can be risky.
