      Pros

      High-energy environment with great leadership and a clear goals. The work is smooth and straightforward, which allows you to focus on the hustle. I love the high-energy environment and the overall education the company provides regarding our mission statement. The supervisors are very supportive, and coworkers are great to work with. Great place to work as long as you stay on top of your responsibilities everything should play out well.

      Cons

      This job is definitely not for coasters; it is a daily grind that requires a lot of discipline. If you aren't prepared to put in the effort every single day, you will likely find the pace and expectations challenging.

      Honestly, the best support I've had in a job

      Pros

      I’m making great money, which is why I joined, but I stayed for the culture. It doesn't feel like a competition here; it feels like the whole team actually wants me to win. Having people have your back makes the high-pressure days way easier.

      Cons

      It’s definitely not a place where you can just coast. If you aren’t on your game, the pace will leave you behind pretty quickly.
