Since we are in the middle of open enrollment for our 2023 benefits program, it was rewarding to see you list our benefits package as a pro! We have taken steps in the past few years to increase our offerings - Zen Spend Lifestyle Account, Flexible PTO, increased mental health support, etc. - in ways that our team members told us are most important to themselves and those they love and support.       Not great but its work

      Benefits are ok and allow remote work with equipment sent quickly

      Cons

      This company is so far behind in tech and refuses to pay for talent. When you are good at your job on a team of multiyear tenured employees who coast and do the minimum you are assigned all of their work. Thats across all departments These employees will say bad things about you and make "joking physical harm threats" and if you report to HR/management they will only respond like noting happened. HR will respond longer with more detail to this posts than my complaint.

      While I always appreciate actionable feedback, I admit being a bit confused about your post in that we don't have any Business Analysts in Jacksonville, FL. nor have we had any reports of team member threats - joking or otherwise - in all of 2022.
