Thank you for taking time to share this feedback with us. It’s disappointing to hear that you experienced poor communication from management as our focus in 2023 (and into 2024) was to increase the amount of internal communications with our team members. We send out daily internal communications and in 2023 we even broadened our monthly Town Hall's - hosted by the C Suite and other leaders across the enterprise - to include "all hands" to allow for a better flow of communication. It appears you are currently employed by NAB so if you have any suggestions for ways we can continue to improve upon our leader communications I would love to hear from you. We take feedback seriously and we know that communications in a remote environment is critical to our success. I will look forward to hearing back from you, thanks again for your review.

Hit or miss depending on your department

Pros

1. Remote and flexible 2. Tries to stay up to date on the latest in HR/culture trends 3. A lot of smart and talented people 4. Always something to do - never bored Depending on the department you're in you could have a great experience or a terrible one. It's clear some departments have way more work and are treated differently than others.

Cons

1. Most upper management is not clued into what their teams are doing or what is actually going on 2. A lot of blame game 3. Goals are not clear a lot of the time 4. Different priorities depending on who you talk to or the time of day 5. Direction of the company is not super clear

It’s always disappointing to see a two star rating from a prior team member, but I do appreciate the clear and specific feedback shared. Despite the two-stars you listed a lot of great items in the Pros column - flexible work environment, positive people practices and programs, smart and talented people (that is a great one!) and always something to do so you never get bored. All very positive Pro's and I appreciate that you took time to share them. I was disappointed to see your list of Cons which all seemed to revolve around your specific experience and were tied to a perceived lack of strategy, goals and direction. We all know that leads to frustration, especially when you work as hard as we do at NAB. I wish I had more information on which specific areas or teams you were part of that lead to this particular feedback so we could take some action on what you have shared. I encourage you to reach out to me at any time to share more...we are all about continuous improvement and helping our team members clearly see the great future we have in front of us will make all of the difference. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you all the best.

While we always appreciate the feedback from our prior team member's experience working at NAB, we never like to see a one star review. On the positive side, it seems that our remote work environment, collaborative culture and benefits offerings were all positive. These are all elements of the employee value proposition that we continuously focus on, so I am happy to hear that. I do want to address your comment about diversity as it is something we take VERY seriously. As a FinTech company, innovation is the Holy Grail. We believe it is impossible to drive innovation without diversity, so we have initiated Belonging culture training & initiatives, diversity focus groups, Employee Resource Groups AND we track and monitor our diversity statistics monthly. Today, we are currently 49% female/51% male, and from an age, ethnicity, and even background, years of experience and education perspective we have strong, to very strong diversity numbers. This is - and will always be! - a priority for us at NAB. We will continue to focus on - and strive to get better at - supporting and promoting a strong, diverse culture of Belonging at NAB.
