      Not a lead source and a lot of cold calling. Hard to get paid what you are owed.

      Very fast paced environment that offers challenges. You won't get bored here. Tons of room for growth if you work hard. Other employees are friendly and helpful. Marc displays his large collection of art work in the hallways which inspires me every day I walk in.
