      We are thrilled to see you are happy and engaged at NAB...all the Pro's you have mentioned are foundational to who we are and how we get things done at NAB. The best part? All credit for these flexible, wellbeing focused programs and for our great culture goes to our amazing team members. We have frequent and ongoing opportunities for our team members to tell us the "really-really" - what is working, what isn't and how we can continuously improve. Each of these Pro's came directly from team member feedback and we are grateful for it! As for your Con, we hear you and I am happy to say we are working on it. We have a focus group assisting us on ways we can pull teams together for project enhancement and relationship building...not to mention culture building and FUN!       Great manager and team. Always there for each other to motivate and check on one another.

      During busy seasons, we were swamped but overall, having a great team made it okay.
