During a time when many companies are forcing team members back to the office, NAB remains remote allowing teams and team members to return to the office IF THEY CHOOSE to collaborate on projects, brainstorm new innovations, deepen personal relationships or just to get a change of scenery every once in a while. The feedback from team members is overwhelmingly positive and as our business continues to thrive it feels like a winning combination! I did want to address your "con" around health insurance as we take the health and wellbeing of our team members very seriously. NAB offers generous Blue Cross PPO Medical Plans and our team members can choose their deductible level (low or high). To recruit and retain our talented team members, our plans are in keeping with benchmark in both the finance and tech industries. Beyond this, we invest in our employees through our Wellbeing program by offering programming on physical, emotional, financial, social, and professional health. We offer challenges and activities on these topics so employers can engage and learn. We supplement these wellbeing activities by giving employees $500 annually in a lifestyle account to use for gym memberships, massages, Apple fitness watches and other wellbeing related expenses. Pros

Opportunities for Growth: Over the past 8 years, I've seen myself evolve from a developer to a senior developer. The company provided ample opportunities to hone my skills. Recognition: It's always motivating when one's efforts are acknowledged. I was honored with the NAB All Star award twice, which is a testament to the company's culture of valuing its employees. Supportive Environment: The team is collaborative, and there's a genuine spirit of helping each other out. It's a conducive environment to grow both professionally and personally. Stability: Being with the same company for over 8 years speaks volumes about its stability and the consistent value it brings to its employees.

Cons

At times, project deadlines can be tight, with no clear requirements making it a bit challenging. I personally didn't like the change to Flexible PTO.
