Getting a five-star review from our current team members is always a highlight in our day...but hearing from someone who has worked at NAB for more than 9 years is really something special! I want to personally THANK YOU for acknowledging the passionate, talented and dedicated People Operations team at NAB. I am privileged to support this hard working team and I know they are all passionate about the work they do as well as a deep appreciation for our team members at NAB. They want everyone at NAB to have pride in the company, trust in who they work for, appreciation for who they work with and the ability to do their best work. Lofty - but worthwhile – goals! We also agree with you that we have BRILLIANT engineers...truly the best in the industry! We appreciate your “advice to management” and are always looking for more exciting and engaging ways to share what is going on at NAB with our team members across the US and Canada. Holy cow, this review practically brought tears to our eyes! Not only have you been here over 15 years - so you have REALLY seen tremendous growth and change at NAB! - And took the time to leave this thoughtful and balanced review...but you used this as a platform to say thank you! We don't recall ever seeing a thank you message on Glassdoor. First of all, thank YOU. Secondly, we have to recognize your "Pros": especially the "great peers" and "leaders (who) have your back". What a wonderful complement to your team mates and leaders. We are thrilled that you feel empowered to "get stuff done" (and you KNOW we have a lot to get done!) and that you can make a difference. We are so pleased that NAB provides a strong, positive culture for you where you can obviously lead and succeed...we look forward to doing all we can to ensure your next 15+ years at NAB are just as positive and rewarding. As you know from working on our Customer Support team that we have amazing leadership supporting our hardworking, dedicated Cares team members and Jonathan Pagel, our VP of Customer Operations wanted to weigh in on your review personally: "Hello Anonymous! Thanks for your feedback! We value your feedback and you as an individual that makes the North team what it is! As we continue to grow, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our day-to-day operations and the experience for our merchants. The internal systems that our Care teams use day-to-day have been a steady and effective environment for us for many years. That said, I do agree that we can improve upon the layout. We can look at ways to consolidate systems to make it easier on our teams to navigate their way through issues when assisting a customer. Whether that be utilizing the existing systemic platforms that exist today, or creating new ones that help position us for a better experience, we are on the same page in that we can be better and more efficient.
