      Pros

      Company offers a lot of vacation time, a lot of outside activities and the pay is really decent. The people you work with on daily basis are really nice.

      Cons

      Management talks down to its employees. Company is always cutting back and lay offs are always happening. There is virtually no training when your placed in another position or asked to do another task. Employee turnover is rediculous.

      Pros

      They do nice department sponsored spirit days and my team is the best I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      SOT only applies up to Mid-level management. There is no trust in the others as they are not trustworthy and pretty much just looking out for themselves.

      Pros

      Zero, zilch, nada, I knew this was a bad place to be 5 days in but I didn't want such a short stint on my resume.

      Cons

      Founder and CEO is an ego maniac that yells at everyone. Meetings are spent pointing the finger at someone/anyone so you don't get screamed at.
