Watching the positive behavior and emotional changes in some of the kids makes it all worth it. There are a lot of great staff.

Professional environment with staff genuinely focused on alleviating suffering in the mental health field with superb teams of doctors, nurses, social workers, and recreational therapists serving the population.

Cons

Sometimes the staff do not feel appreciated by the management and there seems to be little communication between management and staff.
