Pros
Excellent executive leadership + smart and responsive internal staff. The company provides me with what I need to make a successful career for myself and trusts me and the entire team to perform our jobs well. Growth oriented but not at the expense of quality assurance and the customer accounts we’re entrusted with.
Cons
The only one I can think of that is ongoing or something that’s unlikely to change is that management has a unique way of doing things. It works for some people and it rubs others the wrong way. It really just depends on the type of person you are and how you approach your work and your career.
