      Pros

      People are fun to work with. Felt like I was working with extended members of my own family. Many opportunities to not just learn but also to grow professionally. The staff are very committed to the overall success of the company. On top of all that, the products the company is selling is a necessary part of life that genuinely benefits the people who purchase.

      Cons

      It wasn’t my forever “career home” but I don’t have any complaints.

      Pros

      I never did outbound calling. For new agents this relieves all the stress of either learning marketing, or risking thousands of dollars trusting shady lead vendors. They also utilize "whisper" so a manager can listen in while you're presenting, and talk to you without the prospect hearing to give you guidance.

      Cons

      One carrier to sell to prospects, so if you're client can't get day one coverage with the carrier they use, you can't sell them a policy from a carrier that will give them day one coverage. No training agents (in my experience) on how to do policy reviews.
