Plenty of room for advancement. The company is expanding rapidly and need and constantly needs people to fill more important roles and take on more responsibility. This company has been upfront with me and has held to their word. I produce and I get promoted. Typical day for me is making sure all of our agents have what they need. What I have learned in my time here: The sky is the limit. We have an employee that has been with the company 8 years and just had the biggest sales month in company history. Clearly, us “old dogs” still have a few tricks up our sleeves and this is the kind of job where experience is going to be key to long-term success. Management: The managerial staff are excellent. They don’t undervalue anyone. They know what direction they want to be headed in and they’re the most capable to steer us along our path. Workplace culture: Fun! I enjoy the people I work with. Each month gets better and better. The employees see more money and opportunity, and the positivity that creates is infectious. The hardest part of the job: It's self imposed. I want to be the best for self satisfaction and to get the next promotion. I want to be the one hustling the most. So far I have gotten back what I have put in. Most enjoyable part of the job: I am the kind of person who likes to be creative and not restricted. The company has taken some of my ideas and run with them. They continue to encourage and let me run with ideas, which I love.
