      Pros

      During Covid they allowed all of us to work from home and had no lay offs. The company is very open with how things are going and I appreciate the communication. The job can be repetitive, but it’s easy. I love my manager as she is always there supporting and encouraging me.

      Cons

      We get a lot of voicemails when we make calls. I don’t like the temperature checks in the morning or that we are only using every other cubicle.

      Pros

      This is a great company that holds your hand through the journey of selling Final Expense over the phone. I thoroughly enjoyed the new agent training and transparency of the company. It did not ultimately work out for me as I prefer going back to door knocking, but if you are looking to get into telesales, I believe northstar is the right place.

      Cons

      Only sells with one carrier. The script works, but it is long.
