      Pros

      I absolutely love the transparency of this company. If there is anything you want to know, just ask. The love and support that is shown is second to none. If you are looking for an insurance career, Northstar can be it. It requires a strong desire to win and the discipline to control your emotions. If you can do that, closing 7 to 10 sales a week is easy.

      Cons

      I tried working part time initially, but with chargebacks and the monthly access fee I was failing fast. If you can't commit all the way, save your time and energy, it wont work out for you.

      Even during a Pandemic North Star is the BEST

      Caring company, puts employees first, if you follow the process you make money, great coworkers, excellent leadership, best CEOs ever!

      Cons

      During the pandemic, we are all working from home. I miss seeing everyone at the office and the comradery that you feel in the office.
