North Star works very hard to ensure that everyone has a great experience working here, and it is wonderful to see our efforts are paying off! Currently we only have per-qualified leads coming out of our home office which is located in the central time zone. Unfortunately this does mean that those who live in other time zones do have to adjust their work day accordingly. The suggestion of increasing the hours for leads is something that the company could look into for the future. Thank you for you thoughts and advice we really appreciate it!
