      Pros

      If you are looking for a company with high standards, that follows through on what it says its going to do, then North Star is the place for you. No BS, no overpromising, no lies, and they release. Im very happy to call this place home.

      Cons

      Any con I would explain here, would be prevelant at any other place in the insurance industry. Chargebacks, upset customers, and spending time with a prospect to only get a "no" are true with any insurance position. However, I have no lead cost and drive time. This is a much better setup.

      As a seasoned final expense agent who was looking for a telesales opportunity, I must admit, I am more than pleased with my experience thus far with North Star. The upfront training, mentorship, and video library are bar none, the best training I have ever experienced in the final expense industry. After just one week on the phone, I closed 8 sales! That is more than I have ever sold as a face to face agent! Thank you North Star Insurance Advisors!

      Incredible on boarding and training. Two weeks of virtual classroom teachings. Ramirez and Vince where very knowledgable and down to earth. With over 20 years in the corporate sales, I've never seen anything like this. Very professional and thorough

      I wish I could work out of the call center, but Im too far. Looks like a blast!
