      Pros

      This is the easiest sale I've ever made. You have a script to follow, a process, the leads, and all you have to do is put in the effort. I honestly couldn't ask for anything more simplistic. The auto industry should take note of what North Star is doing.

      Cons

      Sales process can take a little long at times, but it works. Can you find a way to have just as effective of a presentation, but shorten it?

      Pros

      I was skeptical to pay a monthly admin fee. After speaking to a nice lady, I decided to bite the bullet and invest the money in my non resident licenses and the monthly fee. I have no regrets, I've made all of my money back in the first week plus more. The ongoing training was overwhelming with great information and on an online university for me to access multiple times. After being with North Star for 3 months now, I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

      Cons

      At times I've had to wait about 15 minutes for an inbound call to come through and at other times they come in within seconds of logging in. Find a way to give us an expectation of when our phone will ring.

      Working at North Star Insurance Advisors has been absolutely amazing! I can only say that the people I work with are awesome! They are kind, professional, and well experienced. I wouldnt change my position for all the money in the world!
