Pros

North Star Insurance Advisors seems to be a well run, family company. You will find many people within the organization who have children, or siblings, working along side eachother. My current manager, has a daughter that works on another team. I believe this is a big reason why North Star is such an awesome place to work. Everyone gets along, and it feels like one big family! The HR director is very approachable, and she too, has children that work at North Star. The owners bring in their children every once in a while, and I have seen some employees bring in their children as well when school is off. Over all, this is a great place to hang your hat. If you are serious about making money, and have work life balance, this is the place.

Cons

They will not sell franchise call centers to investors. You must prove that you can sell first before they talk to you about purchasing a partner call center.

Pros

I love this selling style- I am a face to face agent for 15 years and when I found out this was possible- I thought it was too good to be true! Well, its not! I sell more insurance now than I ever have- I drive 20 miles to work (instead of the 100 miles a day between appointments), and the leads are inbound to me! Another pro is the people I work with! There are alot of good people that work here!

Cons

Break room too small- petty- i know :)
