I would be very careful going to work for this company at the downtown Marriott City Center, Lexington. The general manager is a mess. It’s an extremely toxic work environment very high volume of turnover. The general manager makes impulsive decisions without thinking things through doesn’t talk to the managers that he has on staff he does what’s best for him in the situation. He’s a people pleaser and a pushover. He is constantly changing his mind. There is no thorough direction. The pay is extremely low. The general manager micromanages and doesn’t allow his employees to do their job. He is constantly interfering and making changes that are only in the best interest for him. Not for the company not for his employees. It’s a complete mess.
