Cons

Ran a great property into the ground. Unappreciative of employees. Doesn’t care about employees/property, only money.

Pros

I couldn't ask for a better job. My general manager is the best and takes good care of us. I love the Guests.

Cons

Wages are way too low. Turnover is high due to competing employers offering more wages. I work very hard and I know I'm appreciated but my income is NOT a reflection of my hard work.
