Pros

Not a super busy hospital accept ICU/ IMCU can get busy

Cons

ICU culture is not very friendly. Some of the providers care more about you doing what they say instead of working together to make the best decision for the patient

Pros

Great benefits, great staff, supplies always stocked, treat staff well.

Cons

More about customer service than care and always floating staff, even hospital to hospital. The only hospital that floats between their own hospitals. That's exhausting. Also, floats regular staff often as if you're hired for float pool. Hated that. Patient loads up to 6 on medsurg units.
