Pros

The Staff is willing and able to work with and direct new staff in their new roles. Supervisors are visible and engaged in the needs of staff and customers alike. There is a fair balance between time sensitive rush jobs and general duties.

Cons

With the ever-growing college there are past oversights that catch up with them; requiring data gathering of installed equipment (Serial numbers, model numbers, MAC addresses etc.).

The people you work with at Northeastern are always there to assist and teach you if needed. They treat you like family and make the work place very enjoyable.

Cons

Some of the systems and procedures in place are out of date. It takes a very long time for changes to be made due to having to go through the chain of command to receive approval.
