Have met a lot of people from the game development industry, got some insider information during the talks and conferences. The students and faculty are very nice people as well.

Cons

The requirements and timelines are vague, the Ph.D. committee makes it's decisions in a rather black-box manner, and they may be totally unexpected for the non-faculty Ph.D. students, or staff.
