      Pros

      100% tuition coverage on most of the programs if you decide to take classes.

      Cons

      Senior leadership in Student Affairs at the Boston campus micromanages everyone, they sweep issues with racism due to favoritism, always expect everyone to drop everything what their doing to solve an non-issue. Turnover is very high within student life and they do not care. Pay was so low we had a hard time filling open positions. They management wouldn’t help out when multiple positions opened up and expected people to do more than one role.
