My manager absorbed some of the impact of constantly changing conditions and upper management expectations for consistent event programming amid those conditions.

Cons

Poor communication between departments, meaning serving students was difficult and team often had to scrap our own plans to accommodate plans made without our knowledge. Be mindful of room and board offer - what does it really mean for that location? (Will you be sharing a bathroom with 20 students?)
