work-life balance, pay is decent for the area, tuition waived, the students are lovely to interact with for the most part.

Cons

changes always happening and no one knows what's going on, your bosses are more than likely idiots, the professors are ego maniacs, pay could also be waaay better for the amount of work you are expected to do. also, no room for career growth
