      Pros

      Great co-workers, a willingness for departments to work together at the corporate level, people are more than happy to answer questions. Decent work-life balance as well.

      Cons

      Health insurance company is not user-friendly, some issues with being able to truly connect with senior management.

      Pros

      Great nurses, good ICU/CCU set up and good Nurse:pt ratios there, majority of doctors are very friendly and willing to help pts, good service, excellent therapists, yearly bonuses and % increase for performance

      Cons

      Staffing ratios outside the ICU/CCU are horrendous, huge staffing deficit currently need many more nurses and CNA's alike, long emergency room waits, a lot of construction currently with many detours
