-upper management unfair and not honoring nursing union contract -changes in scheduling -short staffing often creating situations for unsafe patient care

EMMC is a great place to work. There is a lot of room to move up within the company, and you feel like a part of the family. EMMC treats their employees well, with tuition reimbursement programs, and good benefits.

Cons

EMMC is a large facility. As with any healthcare facility it can be difficult to get in touch with the right people, the health insurance could be better.
