      Pros

      Flexiable lower and middle management are helpful friendly and help you meet you personal goals and famliy obligations, benifits are fair.

      Cons

      No real vision plan, upper management is out of touch with the person working the floor, If you work part time benifits will eat over half of your wages, most new hires are pool or part time.

      Equitable treatment, appreciative management, respectful and hardworking team (may vary by department) that is both like family and also completely professional and supportive.

      Cons

      No specific cons that aren't to be expected. Many healthcare systems are spread too thin right now. Anything I might say stems only from that.
