Pros
I love the work, the challenge and the learning environment. I am fascinated by how much work goes into keeping the EHR system alive and running to meet the needs of the system.
Cons
Management can do better. I am shocked the manager can have a relationship with our lead, who by the way does NOTHING in the department and gets away with it. The manager does not deal with interdepartmental issues when they are brought to her attention. The director stopped meeting with all of us and we are now too intimidated to bring these issues up.
