      If you have a good team then you really can have great days and it's nice to see patients get better.

      Pros

      Relatively good benefits, the job keeps you busy. Mostly friendly and kind staff.

      Cons

      A good bit of favoritism, management penalizes employees over ridiculous issues some as having a mental health issue or emergencies. Poor communication and oversight from management, odd attendance policy stating that being a minute late counts against you the same as if you didn’t show up at all.

      Pros

      It was a good place to work prior to the Optum deal.

      Cons

      Optum, Minnesota based company that doesn't care about Maine laws or people. Fully expect to not have a job in 60 days. Optum will not take employees with Maine Medical Marijuana card.
