Pros
good environment, close to trains stations but not in the middle of it all, shuttle routes help alot in bringing anything you want anytime to you, just hop on and ride to lunch or outings, very friendly co-workers, odd balls are pushed out and creates a family like atmosphere although departments seem estranged at times, like other worlds, massive overtime for certain periods, so be prepared to work your hardest but overtime more than makes up for it but not at all levels, overall a great place so far
Cons
slower management practices but smart in how it operates, helpdesk and IT help are brutal and programs/software is like pulling teeth sometimes, classes are great but offered at wrong times for certain departments, so you have to squeeze in what you can when you can
