Ehh, stability in a rough recession.

Pros

Stable company that is actually gaining clients, unlike other banks which layed off numerous times over the most recent recession.

Cons

Slow moving company. Old school management types. If you don't network on your own you are limited in terms of real growth opportunities.

Very political and bureactic (all about who you know for promotions and advancement) HR lacks strength in confronting tough issues Pay not comparable to industry Likes to promote and hire outside candidates

good hours, good benefits, generous amount of time off

Cons

management working slowly to resolve issues(or not solving them at all), keeping around mediocre/unprofessional employees, management not properly training employees, favoritism, cliquey-ness
