A great company, a terrible institutional product management team.
Pros
Work life balance, depending on the group, it could be a great workplace or a terrible one. Great CEO! Great operations and a solid tech teams (unfortunately managed and allocated to each business unit, thus decisions even technical made by business).
Cons
Corporate & Institutional Service group is terribly managed by a self serving narcissist. The company advocates diversity, but the management completely lacks it. Not just diversity from a protected category perspective but also diversity of ideas and thoughts. The worse institutional product group. A senior manager of product team, in London, has no experience in product, completely lacks diversity and her boss has inappropriate relations with some of his directs. Then there are other managers who have no clue about product management but are given responsibility to lead professional product manager so you can imagine terrible results and outcomes.
