Pros

Super fast paced. Northpoint is a caring group of helping professionals committed to providing a safe place for people to find lasting recovery. Not easy work but very rewarding. Compensation is allot better than other providers and you work for it. Team is the greatest part of the experience. We don't work or live in fear we over come it.

Cons

We are a fast growing company. Hard for some to see all the horizons on this great companies future.

Pros

Pay is okay, nurses are wonderful coworkers.

Cons

Management is hostile and aggressive. Will bully people and twist your words around. Will make up reasons to get employees in trouble. Upper management has a history of sleeping with patients and lying to patients. All super unethical. Admissions doesn't care about getting people building actual sobriety for people as having people come back multiple times is much more profitable. Several of the tech staff and admissions staff are active drug users.
