Pros
Seems great at first, patients are fantastic, most team members are authentic and really believe in the work, providers are mostly great and easy to work with.
Cons
Company is expanding too fast and sacrifices its staff and patients for the bottom dollar. Management talks a good game but mostly does the opposite. Those that suck up to management are allowed to bully other staff with no ramifications. Little to no training on how to effectively deal with mental health crises. Nurses are not trusted to or given much, if any, ability to use nursing critical thinking and experience. Encouraged to fabricate/embellish charting to meet maximum insurance payouts. Poor work/life balance. Most of the good staff have seen the writing on the wall and are getting out.
