Pros

The ONLY redeeming quality at Northpoint is that the lower level staff you work with every day actually care about each other and the work is fulfilling. The new CEO, Krista, is super nice as well. Hopefully they don’t run her off like they did the last 3…

Cons

The new HR lady is a nightmare so beware. They have a super high turnover rate, staff are constantly praised and told they are doing great and that they are supported just to be talked down about by managers to other staff behind your back. The pay they advertise on job postings is NOT real. You will be bullied by management if you take sick time or PTO. Management truly does not care about their staff… they see you as a pawn and will absolutely get rid of you the moment it is convenient.. They also give free sweatshirts to patients and staff who leave 5 star reviews so take those with a grain of salt
