Pros

There is a lot of different types of projects. The amount of hours allows one to have a life outside of work.

Cons

Personal growth is hampered by stale movement. Employees get stuck on projects because its best for the project but not best for the company or the employee. It can get boring sometimes and it takes a lot to muster the excitement that you initially start with.

Pros

Great opportunities to work with the newest technologies. Stable positions for engineers in a low pressure environment. Engineers are treated as such and not like business/finance personnel.

Cons

Huge company = deferred responsibility. Slackers will get the same privileges as the hard workers.
