Pros

I like working 12 hour shifts and the hospital is convenient.

Cons

hostile managers little/ no opportunity for advancement- if you perform your job well they will not let you transfer departments for advancement. they put the department above your personal career goals and make you feel stuck nurses are treated more like waitresses care more about the budgetary bottom line than caring for patients
