Pros

If you care about people and like diversity, you would like this place.

Cons

LOTS of favoritism for people who manipulate managers, but don't really work hard. Half the employees here don't care. In my dept- half also did not work; so those of us that did work did twice as much work while others would hide, or leave property. Lots of sexual harassment going on, and nothing done about it. It starts at the top with head of security-so you figure it out. I was deceived about many things from day one. HR is a joke- they just want you to shut up and not complain. Never seen anything like this before. Would never suggest this place to anyone. SO MUCH gossip at work-most of it comes from managers. This place is drama and stress. They will not let you transfer to other areas/shifts/departments! Their idea of a raise is a joke! Talk to current employees before working here. NO work life balance! AND don't ever get sick or need surgery! They don't care about you, and you will be written up or even fired-especially in the first year!

Pros

Most of the staff were wonderful to work with and always helpful. The management I worked for was very understanding and it was not difficult to juggle work and personal life. Overtime was never mandatory, and there were opportunities to get some if you informed management that you wanted extra hours.

Cons

If you know the right people you can move up. Otherwise, it is extremely difficult to transfer to another department or get a promotion, even if you are more qualified (i.e have a related 4 year degree + work experience) than other applicants.
