      The building has nice views from one side on the 4th floor.

      Cons

      Surveillance culture. All activity is monitored via cameras and software. If your productivity is below a certain level, based on tracking your computer activity, Clicks, and keystrokes, you're outta there. They Charge crazy rates for parking in their garage. No recognition, just more expectations. Reviews are ignored if Chris, the owner, decides that you get paid too much, you'll be fired without warning. Bigoted, and uncaring about any of his employees.
