Solid union job, stability, and protection from job layoffs. Union contract gives raises yearly, and benefits are really good.

Cons

Required to clock in and out for breaks and lunches. Technology is outdated in general, but NWA is the best administrative company in the region.

- felt welcome the minute I stepped in the office - round table style which I liked - beautiful office room where it took place - appreciated the initial virtual screening that covered more than I thought and was used in the flow up - questions were relavent to the job position and company culture
