Poor morale, micro management, slow moving progress

Contractors responsible for the majority of work. Employees are like the grand pubahs or masters dangling possible employment while they insult much more competent contractors as being incompetent. "Free Lunch" = Incarceration Land of Kate Spade bags and expensive shoes for employees. It's a cluster of epic magnitudes. Horrific female managers. I've never seen such awful people put in positions of power in my entire life. And, I'm a woman. It's catfight central. Environment of secrecy. Management by cluster....literally takes 50 people to change a lightbulb.
